Meet the Chef:

With an eye for new twists on old favorites and enjoyable innovations designed to broaden his menus, Chef Dan Lane comes from a rich background working for some of the best area restaurants, including Newton's Biltmore Bar and Grill, and seven years at the Blue Room in Cambridge. He was the executive chef of Waltham’s Bison County for three and a half years before taking on that role at The Tack Room.
